Income Team Manager : Central Income Team
Banbury, Oxfordshire
GBP 42,351 per year
37.5 hours per week : Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
Temporary position for 12 months
We have an excellent opportunity for an Income Team Manager : Central Income Team to join our Homeownership Income Team based in Banbury. In this role, you will manage the Income Home Ownership team and will be responsible for overseeing debt recovery for Home Ownership debt.

Manage the delivery of an income service for a geographical area that maximises income streams

Ensure local KPI's for income and arrears are achieved and that debtor / creditor accounts are effectively managed

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, residents, local operations, staff and external agencies

Manage the effective management all complaints for service area in line with policy, focussing on first contact resolution and the identification of future learning opportunities

Maintain effective financial systems by operating within appropriate financial policies and procedures to safeguard the organisation's financial interests maximise income and ensure financial compliance

Meet all legislative and regulatory requirements for income management activities, ensuring the provision of accurate pre court protocols and eviction processes are adhered to
Skills and experiences:

Literacy and numeracy equivalent to passes in GCSE English and Maths

NVQ3 in Customer Service or Business Administration

Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation, good practice and welfare benefits

Some experience of managing projects with strong project management skills

Proven experience of staff management

Occasional travel may be requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential
