Do you have what it takes to become a Smart Salesforce Manager?

This is an opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Manager to lead our CRM team and drive excellence across development and support functions. As the primary escalation point for Salesforce-related issues, you'll oversee user support, integration, and ensure the platform remains compliant.

This role also involves managing the team's work pipeline, communicating changes to stakeholders, and championing Agile delivery and continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with third-party partners and ensuring best practice processes are consistently followed.

Key responsibilities

* Lead and support the CRM/Salesforce team, promoting best practices and collaboration.
* Mentor and develop team members, ensuring effective resource allocation.
* Manage Salesforce support, integrations, and escalations.
* Oversee work planning, change management, and Agile delivery.
* Maintain a secure, compliant, and modern Salesforce ecosystem.
* Communicate updates to users and stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement through service trend analysis.
* Manage third-party relationships and delivery outcomes.

You are someone who can bring:

* 10+ years' experience in Technology organisations, including 5 years in Salesforce development.
* Certified Salesforce Administrator and Consultant.
* 3+ years' proven leadership experience, with strong coaching and engagement capabilities.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
* Strong understanding of SDLC best practices and supporting tools.
* Proficient in Agile methodologies and ITIL-aligned support processes.
* Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset) and testing automation.
* Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Salesforce Data Cloud is a plus
