London Women's Clinic is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Assistant to support the ongoing development and implementation of our Quality Management System. This is a pivotal role that contributes directly to the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred care across our expanding network of clinics.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the review and maintenance of documentation
* Assist with internal audits, logging findings and supporting corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs)
* Track and support the resolution of non-conformances and deviations
* Monitor and maintain third-party agreements to ensure compliance and timely updates
* Assist with complaint handling, ensuring responses are timely and professional
* Support preparation for ISO and HFEA inspections across sites
* Maintain strict confidentiality in line with regulatory and company standards
* Attend team meetings and provide updates on activities and key developments
* Collaborate with departments across the business to support quality and compliance
* Assist with clinical data reviews and audit activities as required
* Contribute to projects aimed at improving and streamlining quality systems
Key Skills
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills
* A logical approach to problem analysis and solving problems
* An ability to grade audit/report findings appropriately and manage workflow
* Excellent initiative to be able to work independently as well as in a team
* Good skills with MS Office & excel
* Keeping updated with the latest regulation (HFEA) and other guidelines.
* Ability to perform and train others in QA audits
Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience in quality management or assurance, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* An ability to grade audit/report findings appropriately and manage workflow
* Good understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
* Proficient in the use of quality management software and data analysis tools.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proven leadership and team management abilities. Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to healthcare and fertility clinic operations is a plus.
