Job Description
The In‑House Litigation Solicitor will be:
3. Handling a mixed caseload of pre and post litigation matters
4. Managing breach of contract claims
5. Advising on data protection and discrimination issues
6. Working on credit file disputes and property damage claims
7. Providing practical legal advice to internal stakeholders
8. Drafting legal documents and correspondence
9. Supporting risk mitigation and compliance activity
10. Liaising with external counsel and insurers
The Successful Applicant
The In‑House Litigation Solicitor should be:
11. A solicitor or equivalent with NQ‑4 PQE
12. Strong in Civil Procedure Rules and litigation practice
13. Confident handling a varied litigation caseload
14. Excellent communicator with solid advisory skills
15. Able to work both independently and collaboratively
16. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
