Programme Purpose
Our graduate programme fast‑tracks professional growth for engineers who are technically driven, detail‑oriented and hungry to deliver world‑class performance. You will rotate or embed into key technical functions, work with experienced mentors, and help shape aerodynamic tools and components of a competitive Formula 1® car.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse CFD and wind tunnel test data to assess performance
* Support the generation and optimisation of aerodynamic concepts in line with development plans
* Participate in multidisciplinary reviews and whole‑car aero strategy
* Communicate key findings, threats, and opportunities clearly to senior engineers
Preferred Skills
* Good understanding of fluid dynamics and CFD analysis
* Experience using CAD for aerodynamic modelling
* Passion for innovation and performance optimisation
Requirements
* A degree in Aerospace, Aerodynamics, Mechanical Engineering, Motorsport Engineering, Design, or equivalent
* Ideal for candidates with a degree and up to 2 years of experience
* Strong technical skills, problem‑solving mindset, and attention to detail
* Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and eager to work in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment
* Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* Comfortable with technical tools such as CAD, CFD, simulation platforms, and coding environments
* A passion for motorsport and a drive to contribute to the success of a Formula 1® team
