Job Summary
This is a position that will provide a variety of work, from being the first point of contact for callers and visitors in reception to providing business support to clients, helping with company filings. The role will also include Company Secretarial work on behalf of our clients, though full training will be provided if you have no experience in this. There is also a possibility of earning a professional qualification in Company Secretarial Practice.
This role is available on a part-time (minimum 3 days) to full-time basis, with flexibility for the right candidate.
Duties
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
* General office administration (typing, scanning, filing, correspondence, etc)
* Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate data entry into various databases
* Helping to file documents with Companies House and HMRC
* Keeping company records up to date
* Assisting with share transfers and other company changes, such as appointment and resignations of directors
Requirements
* Friendly, professional and approachable manner
* Confident computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Organised and able to manage your time well
* Good attention to detail
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy
* Clerical experience that demonstrates capability in supporting office functions
* Someone who enjoys being part of a team

Pay: £14,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 22.5 per week
