We are looking for someone who has a good understanding and high level of commitment to the recovery process and social inclusion. You will be expected to carry out thorough, informative OT assessments which will help inform treatment plans and support applications for care packages with complex and difficult to engage service users.
As a senior mental health worker in a multi-disciplinary team you will be able to offer supervision to more junior staff particularly those working on social inclusion and meaningful occupation to service users.
You will be supported in your continuous professional development and supervision is in place to support (you provision of a high quality service.
The post holder will have experience in working in the community, hold a professional qualification in Occupational Therapy with Health Professional Council Registration and be able to; manage a caseload, travel independently, have IT skills; having experience of working in a Community setting is required.
Supervision and continuing professional development will be integral to this post.
