Having a UK driving license is preferred but not essential. Experience as a Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is advantageous. Dedicated Care Assistants with a strong record and ambition to progress are also encouraged to apply.
Role Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise support workers
* Recruitment, staff development, and supervision
* Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with staff, clients, and professionals
Candidate Profile
* Energetic, hardworking, patient, with a good sense of humour
* Experience with individuals with learning difficulties, autism, mobility issues, and challenging behaviours
* Manual handling skills
