This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, successful business supplying essential services to both private and commercial clients across the region. You'll be part of a supportive sales team, playing a key role in handling enquiries, preparing quotations, and booking jobs using a range of systems.
Key Details:
Location: Wimborne (free parking available)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Contract: PermanentWhat you'll be doing:
Handling incoming calls and online enquiries from customers
Providing accurate and timely quotations across a wide range of services
Processing customer orders using internal CRM and database systems
Taking payments over the phone
Supporting the team with general administrative tasks and maintaining high service standardsWhat we're looking for:
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
Strong IT skills, particularly with Outlook, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Confidence using CRM systems and learning new software
A professional, friendly telephone manner
Ability to multitask, stay organised and work well under pressure
