3Search and Patrick Murray are working with a fast-growing, innovative Amazon agency that partners with ambitious FMCG and CPG brands to unlock their full marketplace potential.

* Salary : Competitive, based on experience (genuinely competitive)
* Location & Working Model : UK-based, remote-first role with quarterly London meet-ups
* Key Role Feature : Lead a high-performing Amazon client services team, overall commercial strategy for 5 pillars.

Following a period of strong growth, our client is expanding their leadership team to ensure service excellence and drive further commercial success. With a growing portfolio of consumer brands and a reputation for deep Amazon expertise, this is a unique opportunity to join a business at an exciting scale-up phase. This will be a career-defining move.

This Account Director role will see you lead a talented team of Account Managers and work closely with Ads specialists to ensure top-tier service delivery. You’ll also play a key part in commercial strategy, joining late-stage sales conversations, identifying and executing upsell and cross sell opportunities, and supporting client growth with genuine value-adds and focussing on what's important to the client. The role requires someone with a strong Amazon agency background, a consultative approach, and the ability to elevate both people and performance.

The Account Director will...

* Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers across a portfolio of FMCG & CPG brands
* Work cross-functionally with Ads, Ops and Content teams to align client strategies
* Join select sales conversations to help win and shape mid-market accounts
* Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services
* Check in with key clients to ensure satisfaction and unlock further value

The Account Director will bring...

* Senior-level Amazon agency experience, ideally in FMCG/CPG
* Proven track record managing and mentoring high-performing teams
* Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills
* A deep understanding of Vendor Central and Amazon growth levers
* Strategic thinking and ability to simplify complex issues for clients
