We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Content Coordinator to join our team based in Redhill, Surrey on a hybrid contract.
You will work with the Go to Market team, utilizing your creative and project management skills to support Customer & Innovation (C&I) and the defined regions with requests for proposals, while creating new content for product/solution launches and other materials for internal and external distribution. You will play a key role in managing and communicating all content assets within the global content sharing platform, “Content Factory”.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing updated content, project coordination, capturing risks & actions, documenting minutes, and facilitating content workshops.
2. Storyboard, copywrite, design, edit, and proofread the development and production of internal and external content. Once validated by stakeholders, final copies are to be uploaded to Content Factory.
3. Building and nurturing a network within C&I, Communications, Local Marketing, and Solutions teams; meeting regularly to identify new content creation/updating opportunities and the best communication channels (POP, webinars, newsletters, etc.).
4. Collaborating with local markets to identify content gaps (RFP stock materials, pitches, case studies, videos, campaign materials, whitepapers).
5. Working with suppliers, including authorized copywriters and design agencies, and supporting the evaluation of their performance.
6. Posting, updating, and editing Content Factory materials; conducting regular reviews to ensure relevance and accuracy, and collaborating with local teams to validate and create new content.
7. Supporting the management of the GTM budget.
8. Assisting with communication updates to drive traffic to the Content Factory platform; contributing to sales and distribution community initiatives with announcements and presentations, including webinars, newsletters, and training materials.
9. Training new starters and providing refresher training on Content Factory platform usage, gathering feedback for improvements.
10. Supporting data collection and reporting of Content Factory usage via Google Analytics.
11. Maintaining and managing the overall content platform.
12. Providing ad hoc support with projects within Go to Market during peak periods.
13. Leading or supporting other ad hoc C&I projects.
