About the Role: Deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, following the National Curriculum and relevant examination specifications. Plan and prepare high-quality lessons that cater to a variety of learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students are challenged and supported. Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources, including practical experiments, demonstrations, and technology, to enhance student learning. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual learning journeys. Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Physics examinations, ensuring they have a strong understanding of assessment criteria. Contribute to the development of the Physics curriculum and resources. Foster a love of physics in students, encouraging them to develop their scientific skills, curiosity, and appreciation of the world around them. Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Contribute to extracurricular activities and enrichment programs related to science and physics. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong subject knowledge in Physics. Demonstrated ability to teach across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. Experience in preparing students for GCSE and A-Level Physics examinations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and practical skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
