Fever-Tree is hiring a Printed Packaging Planner for 12-months as part of our printed packaging team. The next few years will be an incredibly exciting time to join the business. The Role We are recruiting for a printed packaging planner to join our busy supply chain team for a period of 12 months. We out-source the production of our printed packaging, so this role is at the heart of ensuring we have the right Fever-Tree packaging – the labels, sleeves, boxes and trays, at the right place, at the right time, in the right quantities to maintain service to our UK and International customers. You’ll look after our 5 printed packaging suppliers. You’ll need to be incredibly organised, system-savvy and detailed- focused, as well as a fantastic communicator who is able to flex your delivery of messages across all kinds of stakeholders, from suppliers to internal senior stakeholders. You’ll have the chance to be involved in packaging changes, new product development, streamlining our ways of working and introducing new performance reports. Key Responsibilities: Material planning Collaborate closely with the finished good (FG) planner, ensure we have printed packaging delivered at the right time in the desired quantities to complete FG production, either resolve or escalate supply challenges Determine purchase order (PO) quantities according to the above and price matrix, ensure optimal financial outcomes Review and validate production date change request and supplier delivery date change request Complete some weekly checks to ensure we have the right quantities at the right time at the right place Plan and coordinate the transportation of materials between multiple sites. Suppliers’ management Act as first point of escalation and ensure support from them for critical orders Monitor suppliers’ performance, addressing any issues related to quality, delivery, or cost. Purchase Orders (PO) Management for 4 productions sites across UK & Europe Place PO Good receipt PO Close PO when appropriate Review and approve/dispute invoices Ensure our planning systems Netsuite (NS) and Anaplan are always up to date Ensure NS and Anaplan are in line with the latest info communicated by the suppliers Support the maintenance of printed packaging items data on NS Complete stock reconciliation on a weekly/monthly basis, investigate differences and update NS accordingly Reporting and projects Collaborate with the senior printed packaging planner, report monthly on adjustments Gift sets: manage the supply side of the annual Christmas gift sets campaign Work hand in hand with the project team on some printed pack projects The ideal candidate will: Be degree-educated in a relevant discipline Have strong mathematical and reasoning skills Be very dynamic, demonstrate ownership and pro-activity Be comfortable communicating with all departments and levels of seniority internally and externally Be able to keep several plates spinning at once and love taking-up challenges Why Fever-Tree?
