Salary: £47,181 - £48,226 per annum

Are you an experienced social worker ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a dedicated Advanced Practitioner to join our Children's Services team. Key Responsibilities

* Support managers and practitioners in managing complex, high-risk cases.
* Promote best practice standards across your district or service area.
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and CPD support to Children's Services staff.
* Collaborate with managers to assess and manage risk in multi-agency settings.
* Champion reflective, forensic social work aligned with core values and frameworks.
* Foster peer support and team collaboration.
* Build cross-agency networks to enhance service delivery and outcomes for children.

This role requires a DBS check. The level of check for this role is - Enhanced DBS Check with a Children's Barred List check.

Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with Children. It is an offence for people who are barred from working in regulated activity to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with Children.
