The business are looking for a Management Accountant / Finance Business partner to join their team and they can offer hybrid working as study support and lots of opportunity for growth and development.
Job Description
3. Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
4. Prepare and review budgets, including variance analysis and commentary.
5. Business Partnering.
6. Conduct cost analysis and identify areas for financial improvement.
7. Collaborate with different departments to ensure financial transparency.
8. Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors.
9. Participate in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.
10. Provide financial support and advice to management.
11. Manage the continuous improvement of the accounting process.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Management Accountant' should have:
12. Currently Studying (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
13. Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting.
14. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.
15. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
16. Knowledge of accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
