This is an independent function. This newly created role offers a full study package for CIPD, car/car allowance and ample career progression opportunities. Joining an amazing team this role will get involved across all aspects of HR and drive processes and systems during a period of rapid growth.Well suited an an ambitious HR Professional this role is responsible for:Deliver first-line HR and policy advice to managers and employees independentlyManage onboarding, inductions and probation processesRecruitment Support ER cases including absence, performance and informal mattersMaintain accurate HR records and reporting through People HRSupport training, development and wellbeing initiativesContribute to HR projects and process improvementsLiaise with the outsourced payroll and benefits providerOccasional travel to two UK offices (pre-arranged, approx. once per month)The successful candidate:CIPD studying (membership funded)Minimum 2 years HR experience in a generalist environment - ideally independent or standaloneConfident building relationships across all levelsWell-organised, detail-focused and proactiveMust hold a valid UK driving licence (car or allowance provided)
