Location & Working Hours
Role could be based out of Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD) or Yeovil office (BA22 8WN). We are also open to reasonable part-time hours close to 37, with a preference for a full five‑day pattern.
Responsibilities
Act as key point of contact for general HR queries, responding, re‑assigning or escalating as appropriate. Provide crucial support in various administrative tasks and help ensure smooth operation of our HR functions, from onboarding new starters to handling employee inquiries.
* Deliver outstanding customer service to hiring managers and new colleagues, ensuring a great onboarding experience.
* Maintain customer service and HR process excellence across the employee lifecycle.
* Use excellent communication, administrative, analytical and organisational skills.
