GTS Transportation is partnering with a leading automotive group in the Exeter area to find a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join their high-performing workshop team. Salary: upto £35,000 basic (DOE) + bonus (OTE £60,000 +)

What You’ll Be Doing
* Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
* Performing diagnostics and identifying faults accurately
* Advising customers when needed with clear, expert communication
* Working closely with the service team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
* Supporting and mentoring junior technicians to build a collaborative workshop culture
What We’re Looking For
* NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
* Strong diagnostic and repair knowledge
* High attention to detail and commitment to workmanship
* Valid UK driving licence
* MOT licence is desirable but not essential
