Overview
We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to join our client in Thurrock. This role is key to ensuring the maintenance, service, and repair of plant and machinery, delivering excellent service to customers.
Responsibilities
* Diagnose, service, and repair electrical, hydraulic, petrol, and diesel-powered equipment.
* Provide high-quality customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Work closely with the Service Centre Manager and wider team to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
* Proven background as a Service Engineer with strong troubleshooting skills.
* Valid driving licence.
* Strong communication skills, able to explain technical issues clearly.
* Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated with good time management.
* Knowledge of industry standards and ability to read technical drawings (advantage).
