Business Development Manager
TipTopJob is seeking a Business Development Manager for their Leased and Tenanted Divisions in the East Midlands. The role offers a salary of GBP 60,000 + Bonus and Car.

Responsibilities
* Autonomy over a mix of leased, tenanted and managed businesses, providing operators with support to build turnover and profitability.
* Deliver excellence across the estate and develop a positive relationship with business partners.
* Train, develop, audit, offer consultative advice, budget manage and discuss product offers with operators, ultimately delivering regional profit growth every year.
* Work closely with the small executive team, identifying sales and profit opportunities, managing refurbishment projects, recruiting new business operators/partners and ensuring operations function at full potential.
Requirements
* Self-starters with a strong sense of urgency, initiative, creativity and drive.
* Established experience in the licensed retail business with entrepreneurial strengths and commercial awareness.
* Proven interest and ambition to succeed in this sector.
