Programme Manager | Business Intelligence (BI) & Data Analytics | London (City) £900-1100 per day | Outside IR35 | Agile, Data, BI, Business Intelligence, Dashboard Our client is one of the fastest growing brokers in the UK insurance market, with brands covering specialist home cover, specialist motor insurance, pet insurance, and sporting / leisure insurance policies. The business is heavily investing in digitally-focused, data-led customer experiences through our online channels, direct business contact centres, and comparison websites. Following on from a period of M&A across multiple business units, the business has been delivering consolidation of legacy data lakes and making improvements to meet continued compliance with GDPR, whilst at the same time getting more out of the data it has at its disposal. To deliver this, the business wishes to recruit a Programme Manager to lead a series of Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and Dashboard projects and work streams, along with related people and process change. The incoming Programme Manager will first need to thoroughly understand the current processes and systems in place within the business by conducting a comprehensive discovery phase. They will then collaborate with stakeholders, executives, and staff to outline the desired future state of data analytics and reporting. Moreover, the Programme Manager will be responsible for forming a project team comprised of data analysts, business analysts, and architects to execute the projects. The ultimate goal of these projects is to enhance the Management Information System (MIS) and Business Intelligence for the senior leadership team. The Programme Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the project team and senior stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with organizational objectives. They will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of the project, making sure it is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards. In addition, the Programme Manager will be required to manage relationships with third-party vendors and external resources, ensuring that they are delivering as per the requirements and agreements. They will also play a key role as Programme Manager in producing and maintaining documentation such as project requirements, business cases, and other relevant materials to keep stakeholders engaged and informed. Furthermore, the Programme Manager will lead project meetings and workshops, ensuring that all team members are aligned on project goals and progress. They will oversee the day-to-day activities of the project team, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of BI projects Delivering a series of large scale end to end dashboard projects Act as main POC/manage key stakeholders throughout Ensure delivery to agreed business/Client objectives, requirements, schedules, costs and quality objectives. Manage project deliverables and resources, ensuring timely and complete delivery by self, project team and 3rd party suppliers Co-ordinating and contributing to the production of requirements, assessments, designs and supporting documentation Support analysis and production of material for business cases for IT sponsored projects Chairing project meetings and facilitating project workshops Key Requirements: Experience working as a Programme Manager working on enterprise level BI products and dashboards Extensive dashboard development delivery experience as a Programme Manager Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to positively influence and challenge supportively and effectively where appropriate Experience of delivery with and managing 3rd party suppliers Experience of managing cross-functional delivery teams Hunter Executive is acting as a recruitment agency in respect of this Programme Manager vacancy.
