We’re looking for new members of the team in our supported living service in Southport—and we need amazing Support Workers to join the team. You’ll help 6 adults (4 men and 2 ladies) with learning disabilities, autism, Asperger's, epilepsy and physical disabilities to live happily in their shared home and support them to live life to the fullest. From personal care to holidays to community activities to playing games, no two days will be the same.

* Trauma-informed care or autism experience? Even better!
* A UK driving licence? Mandatory

Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a male colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010.
