National Account Manager

We're seeking a talented National Account Manager to lead our Woolworths account and drive business growth. As a key member of our Sales team, you'll build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, develop and execute joint sales and marketing plans, and deliver results that benefit our consumers, categories, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales and profit targets while managing trade spend
2. Develop customer plans that integrate with brand plans and drive benefits for all parties
3. Deliver insight-led category workshops and reviews
4. Optimize trade spend investment for maximum return
5. Negotiate promotional programs and execute tailored NPD launch plans
6. Build and own a 12-month forecast and manage discrepancies
What We're Looking For:
7. Demonstrated account management and/or category management experience
8. Strong negotiation and financial skills
9. Tertiary qualifications in business or a related discipline
10. Prior FMCG experience with a national account customer (Woolworths experience a plus)
11. Eligibility to work in Australia and availability to travel interstate regularly
