Job Overview
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Global Financial Analyst with strong analytical abilities, financial acumen, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Responsibilities include modeling financials, analyzing business data, and delivering insightful presentations to support strategic decision-making globally.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
2. Develop and maintain complex financial models for business planning and strategy.
3. Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and business operations to identify opportunities and risks.
4. Prepare and deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
5. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
6. Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed for strategic decisions.
7. Travel may be required occasionally.
Requirements
Knowledge and Attributes
1. Proficiency in financial statements, ratios, and metrics.
2. Expertise in building and interpreting complex financial models.
3. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Required Experience
1. 7+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
2. Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
3. Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of financial statements.
4. Excellent PowerPoint skills for creating impactful presentations.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced global environment.
