Welsh-speaking Primary Teacher

New Directions Education is seeking Welsh-speaking Supply Teachers to support primary schools across Rhondda Cynon Taff. We are looking for motivated, flexible, and dedicated individuals to join our team.
Assignments can be long-term or short-term, with flexible scheduling to suit your availability.
Fluency in written and spoken Welsh is essential for this role, especially within Welsh-medium schools.
Responsibilities include:
* Teaching all areas of The Curriculum for Wales
* Creating a positive learning environment through effective classroom management and resources
* Planning and delivering lessons suitable for all ability levels
* Motivating students with engaging and imaginative presentation
* Assessing and recording student development
* Staying informed about curriculum updates
* Collaborating with colleagues, especially in smaller schools
