Overview
Pegasus Group invites applications for the 2026 Graduate Training Scheme in Cirencester. This is a full-time, permanent role within our Planning team, offering exposure to a variety of projects for diverse clients in a supportive training environment.
Responsibilities
* Work with the Planning team to deliver planning consultancy services on a range of projects and schemes.
* Prepare, submit and negotiate planning applications and statements; support public consultations and site visits.
* Provide professional advice to clients, local planning authorities and other statutory bodies.
* Gain valuable experience across sectors and clients to support development and career progression.
Qualifications
* RTPI-accredited degree or similar relevant degree in Geography, Town Planning/Urban Planning or Built Environment.
* Logical and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to use initiative and think creatively; work well on on-the-job training with the Graduate Training Scheme.
* Work experience in Town/Urban Planning is advantageous but not essential.
