Property Manager Location: Horsham, West Sussex Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience) Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Sector: Residential Lettings & Property Management About the Role: We’re working with a well-respected, independent estate agency in Horsham, looking to recruit a Property Manager to join their busy lettings team.This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys the fast pace of property management but also values time spent out of the office. The role offers a 50/50 split between traditional desk-based management and on-site property inspections and inventories—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and autonomy in their working week. Key Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of residential propertiesLiaising with landlords, tenants, and contractorsHandling maintenance issues, tenancy renewals, and check-outsConducting property visits, inspections, and compiling inventoriesEnsuring compliance with all legal requirements and safety standardsSupporting the lettings team with ad-hoc duties when requiredThe Ideal Candidate Will:Have previous property management experience (essential)Be confident managing their own diary and working independentlyBe organised, proactive, and great with peopleHave a full UK driving licence and their own carBe comfortable balancing office and field-based work Why This Role?
