What we’re looking for
* Strong experience across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (BizApps)
* Proven software engineering background (.NET / C#)
* Experience beyond low-code (plugins, APIs, integrations)
* Ability to engage directly with stakeholders
* Experience delivering in complex, enterprise environments
* Central Government experience
* SC Clearance (or eligibility)
* Interest in AI / automation
Levels Available:
Senior Consultant (£75k–£90k)
Hands-on delivery. Builds complex components. Contributes to design.
Lead Consultant (£90k–£105k)
Owns workstreams. Leads delivery. Balances engineering with client engagement.
Solution Architect (£105k–£120k)
Owns end-to-end architecture. Defines technical strategy. Senior client-facing role.
