Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive
Location: Chichester, West Sussex
Working Pattern: Hybrid
PQE: 1–10 years
The Opportunity
A forward‑thinking and commercially successful regional law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its highly regarded Property team in Chichester.

The Role
You will handle a broad and varied caseload of commercial property matters, managing instructions from start to finish and building strong, lasting client relationships. The role offers a good balance of independence and team support, with exposure to interesting and complex work.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a wide range of commercial property transactions
* Advising clients with accuracy, efficiency and commercial awareness
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Working collaboratively within a supportive and well‑established team
* Maintaining compliance with regulatory and professional standards
About You
You will ideally have:
* Between 1 and 10 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
* A strong understanding of commercial property law and procedure
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confidence working independently while contributing positively to a team
* Strong IT skills and attention to detail
* The ability to work effectively under pressure
* A sound knowledge of relevant regulations, including the SRA Handbook and SRA Accounts Rules
