Recovery Worker

, you will have the incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact in their lives, guiding them as they strive to reach their full potential. Located at

Beacon Lodge

, our mental health step-down unit is designed to help individuals transition from acute mental health wards back into the community. If you are passionate about empowering people, this role offers you the chance to support individuals in gaining the skills they need to live independently. With a focus on key working, you will manage your own small caseload while contributing to the day-to-day operations of our service. Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Recovery Worker, you will: Provide

person-centered care

through recovery-focused support, including key working sessions and group activities. Empower individuals by helping them develop new skills and promoting their long-term recovery. Work collaboratively with clients to create tailored support and risk management plans. Ensure effective discharge planning, playing a vital role in fostering independence and positive change. Participate in a

24-hour rolling rota

that includes 12-hour day and waking night shifts, along with alternate weekends. Are You the Ideal Candidate?

We are looking for someone who: Has experience in the mental health sector and a solid understanding of the

recovery model
