ICO Brepo Brand Marketing Lead ROLE SUMMARY The International Commercial Office will establish a commercial operating model for brepocitinib, a TYK2/JAK1 inhibitor. Our initial indication (pending regulatory approval) is focused on dermatomyositis, a rare chronic systemic autoimmune disease characterized by muscle weakness and skin rashes. The Brand Marketing Lead (BML) position is critical to enabling a successful international launch and sustained growth of Brepocitinib through best‑in‑class brand strategy, marketing excellence, and country partnership. Brepocitinib is a priority brand within the ICO portfolio with significant opportunity to drive impact for patients and sustainable growth for Pfizer. As Pfizer has the ex-US and ex-Japan rights, ICO will lead the end-to-end launch of Brepo across all International markets. This is a critical role leading the development of the international brand strategy, including positioning, segmentation, messaging, and growth priorities, in close partnership with cross functional partners including CoLab and CMO Enable high‑quality and consistent in‑market execution by providing strategic guidance, tools, content frameworks, and best practices to country teams. Own the marketing performance framework, including KPIs, dashboards, insights, and analytics to inform brand decisions and investments Shape and recommend commercial priorities, investments, escalating key trade‑offs and decisions to senior leaders where appropriate ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES ICO international expert for Brepo: Brepo will be an ICO led brand across International markets – define the strategy (incl. marketing strategy and segmentation), priorities and promotional platform. Associated management of wider commercial functions. Lead regional brand teams with countries, relevant enabling functions, CMO and CoLab Collect insights and understand country needs to ensure outstanding marketing planning/execution. Craft compelling executive narratives that distil complex information into clear and impactful messages. Provide simplified patient/forecast models for clusters markets. Act as a point of contact and sounding board for country LT and -teams (e.g., ACLs, CBLs) to: Ensure ACLs and Country teams are updated on commercial strategy and initiatives. Guide content creation/adaptation and customer journey creation process with Customer Content Managers. Provide mid-term and long-term outlook of brand portfolio and develop growth/efficiency plans to inform LRF and timely strategic investment decisions. Support CL in coordinating key annual financial LE/OP and monthly performance processes and provide a holistic ICO view by tracking financial and non-financial KPIs. Optimize brand impact by identifying and scaling best practices QUALIFICATIONS Experience in Regional/Global Marketing Teams with demonstrated capability of working across countries and cultures. Demonstrated successful track record in managing virtual teams and matrix. Extensive and multiple years of Marketing experience. Broad knowledge and experience of the relevant healthcare and pharmaceutical environment. Commercial/portfolio management experience, including accountability for revenues/operating expenses (P&L), asset allocation, value and cost driver decisions. Exceptional ability to manage varying priorities and stakeholders. Senior Level executive presence and emotional intelligence, with a track record of influencing beyond direct areas of accountability. AI Fluency: Proficient in leveraging artificial intelligence tools and technologies to drive commercial insights, optimize decision-making, and support innovation. Able to navigate emerging AI trends and integrate them effectively into strategic business processes and execution.
