Role - Supply Chain Administrator
Salary - £27-30k DOE + bonus + benefits
Type - Permanent, Full-time 40hours a week

Overview
I am currently recruiting a highly organised and detail‑focused Supply Chain Administrator on behalf of my client, a leading national infrastructure and engineering business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and data-management experience within supply chain, procurement or commercial environments.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of supplier management processes, including on-boarding, compliance, data accuracy and framework administration. This role sits within a supportive supply chain team and offers real scope to influence key data used in business decisions, reporting and supplier performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage supplier on-boarding, approvals and renewals
Maintain accurate supplier records, documentation and data
Update and verify supplier information within the SCD/ERP systems
Support supplier agreements, SLAs and price list administration
Act as a central contact for supply chain enquiries
Assist with category analysis, supplier engagement and market awarenessAbout You
Essential:
Experience in supply chain, procurement or high‑volume administration
Strong accuracy, organisation and data‑management skills
Confident communicator with good stakeholder skills
Proficient in Excel, Outlook and document control
Able to prioritise and work in a busy environmentDesirable:
Experience with supplier frameworks, SLAs or KPIs
ERP/procurement system experience
Compliance/document control background
