This role supports the recovery, repurposing, and installation of assets on a fixed-term basis. Due to the nature of the work, signing an NDA/CDA is required, and candidates must be eligible for Baseline Clearance. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the electronic document management system (EDMS), ensuring secure and structured access. Issue, track, and quality-check project documentation to meet compliance standards. Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to distribute and manage documents effectively. Provide guidance and training on document control procedures and tools. Generate regular reports on document workflow and deliverables. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Document Controller using EDMS (Viewpoint for Projects essential). Familiarity with Fieldview is advantageous. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
