As a Service Controller, you will: Lead and Inspire:
Oversee a team of engineers, responding to customer requests and prioritizing their needs with efficiency and care. Optimize Fleet Availability:
Ensure timely inspections, repairs, and maintenance while keeping all data up-to-date. Plan for Success:
Maximize engineer productivity by allocating the right resources to meet customer demands. Manage Job Progress:
Keep track of every stage of the job to ensure smooth operations. Drive Best Practices:
Implement 5-star contamination control practices through audits and operational excellence. Communicate Effectively:
Liaise with customers to ensure mutual satisfaction and resolve issues promptly. Maintain Accuracy:
Open and close work orders consistently to maximize billing accuracy. Enhance Safety:
Identify opportunities for safety improvements and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Engage Your Team:
Foster employee engagement and drive a consistent approach through the team. What We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates will have: Diesel Generator Knowledge:
Understanding of engine and fuel control systems. System Skills:
Familiarity with M3/INFOR systems (training provided). Parts Identification:
Ability to navigate SIS/manuals and order parts through part.cat.com. Warranty Process Knowledge:
