Main purpose of the role
The Spicerhaart group is the UK’s leading independent estate agency. This role provides a proprietary model that allows you to build ‘your career – your way’. You will create and manage a local customer base, providing end‑to‑end service from valuation to completion of sale.
Key responsibilities
* Generate new business through marketing, networking and personal relationships.
* Provide personalised estate agency services to clients, handling valuations, viewings, negotiations and completion.
* Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
* Utilise company technology, marketing tools and partnership support to grow your business.
Qualifications and requirements
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
* Proof of right to work (passport or birth certificate).
* Proof of address.
* National Insurance details.
