A well established beauty company are looking for an enthusiastic and competent Sales Administrator to support the MD and wider team.

Responsibilities
Completing administrative tasks to support and develop the business
Performing tasks to a consistently high standard of internal and external customer service
Communicating with accuracy including regular updates via meetings, phone, email
Providing progress reports when necessary to ensure smooth running of the business
Keeping all purchasing trackers up to date and accurately manage stock levels
Raising POs agreed for any purchasing requirements authorised by the MD
Communicate low/Out of Stock to relevant account manager
Entering all telephone orders on to sales log in an accurate and timely manner
Attend daily meetings are and communicate all new orders to the production team
Attending weekly planning meetings and monthly compliance meetings
Recording complaints on the log by the team and keep up to date
Collating customer surveys and checklists
Requirements
Excellent MS Office skills with a particular emphasis on spreadsheets and databases
Proficiency in Sage is advantageous
Ability to work stringently to company procedures and processes
Self- motivated team player with the ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written skills with a clear and professional telephone manner
