From onboarding and policy updates to handling probation reviews and low-level ER matters, you’ll bring a practical, people-focused approach to your work. You’ll apply your knowledge of UK employment law with confidence, while contributing to the consistency of our global practices. Requirements
What you need to succeed
* Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR lifecycle processes, with a commitment to applying HR best practice.
* Some exposure to international HR or working across multiple regions is advantageous.
* Experience handling low-complexity employee relations cases ( probation concerns, minor conduct issues).
* Background in generalist HR roles, preferably within fast-paced or rapidly changing environments.
* Comfortable working in dynamic settings with shifting priorities and a degree of ambiguity.
* Confident in coaching and supporting line managers, building strong working relationships across the business.
* Able to manage day-to-day HR processes independently, including onboarding, offboarding, policy updates, and probation reviews.
* Digitally confident, with experience using SaaS-based HR systems and tools.
* Has contributed to the delivery of people-related projects, such as performance reviews or employee engagement surveys.
* Experience of working in a robotics / computer software / similar technical domain
