We are searching for a Fitness Equipment Technician to service our clubs in Northwest Indiana. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
As a member of PF Technician team, you will be responsible for maintaining the functionality of all equipment and overseeing all areas of our facilities to ensure a positive member experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify, diagnose and fix problems or issues with efficiency on all equipment
Maintain and repair Black Card Spa amenities (i.e., hydro machines, tanning, etc.)
Upkeep interior finishes (i.e., walls, floors, ceilings, etc.)
Source and hire outside help from experts when needed (i.e., plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc.)
Order and install parts quickly to minimize the time machines are out of order
Conduct routine preventative maintenance (i.e., tighten bolts, oil machines, repair belts, etc.)
Maintain parts and tools in a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications:
Must be age 18 or over
Basic computer skills
Effective communication skills with the ability to listen and empathize for problem solving
Honest, punctual, and dependable
CPR/AED certified (if not, training to be provided by PF)
Valid drivers license as travel is required
Physical Demands:
Continual standing and walking during shift
Continual reaching with hands, fingers, arms during shift
Occasional climbing, balancing kneeling and crouching during shift
Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals
Working smart and safe
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
