PMS Consultant (Hospitality)
Contract Length: 12 months initial
Engagement Type: Inside IR35
Location: Remote
Day Rate: £500-£550 per day
We are looking for skilled PMS Consultants to support the rollout and ongoing enhancement of a new Property Management System (PMS) for a leading global hotel group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a thorough understanding of PMS functionality within the hospitality sector, including reservations, billing, invoicing, taxation, and fiscal integration.
* Collaborate with regional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements related to PMS capabilities and compliance.
* Partner closely with Product, Software Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams, as well as external technology partners, to deliver PMS features and configurations successfully.
* Produce and maintain high-quality country-specific configuration and handover documentation, ensuring PMS capabilities are accurately enabled and aligned with business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant focused on Property Management Systems in hospitality.
* Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and PMS workflows, including financial and regulatory compliance.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple regions.
* Meticulous documentation skills and attention to detail.
* Comfortable working remotely within a collaborative, distributed team environment.
