About this role: To support our continued growth, we are currently seeking Fire Stoppers to join our team. We are looking for someone who demonstrates a polite, friendly, and flexible can-do attitude, and is a strong team player, while also being capable of working independently. Showing a genuine interest in fire safety, along with a willingness to expand knowledge and take on new challenges. Key Responsibilities: Installation of Fire Door Sets All aspects of fire door maintenance Working in a team and also independently when required To liaise with management team on a daily basis Carry out Fire door assessments and record findings Requirements: A CSCS Card is desirable NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Joinery or other relevant trade, or equivalent level of competence obtained from on-the-job experience Proven experience working as a Carpenter/Fire Stopping installer and experience in working in the social housing/health/high street sector Knowledge/Awareness of Health and Safety on site A Full UK driving license is essential What We Offer Competitive/Negotiable package with benefits including: Competitive salary 22 days holiday bank holidays Pension scheme Company van An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check will be carried out.
