We’re seeking a confident, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our expert team at BYD Croydon, proud representatives of the brand. What You’ll Do:
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers – offering a warm welcome, expert guidance, and an outstanding level of service from start to finish.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service throughout the service and repair process
* Booking vehicles in for service, MOT or repair work efficiently and accurately
* Communicating clearly with customers about work required and associated costs
* Liaising with workshop technicians to monitor the status of vehicles
* Advising on additional work or preventative maintenance where appropriate
* Ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate and compliant
* Maintaining BYD brand standards in customer care and presentation
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a Service Advisor role, ideally within a busy dealership
* Strong understanding of automotive service and repair processes
* A passion for delivering a premium customer experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks
* Proficient with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office
* A full UK driving licence is required
