Support Officer - Direct Home Finance
Locations: Milton Keynes
Join our client as a Support Officer in their Direct Home Finance team, helping customers through the home purchase plan journey and supporting key mortgage administration tasks from first enquiry to completion.
In this fast-paced support role, you'll manage daily pipelines, handle customer enquiries, complete pre-vet checks, gather and review documentation, and ensure cases meet criteria before progressing. You'll work closely with advisers, Case Managers and other stakeholders to keep applications on track and deliver an excellent customer experience.
We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, great time management, and a real commitment to service excellence. Experience in mortgage administration, home purchase plans or a process-driven finance environment is an advantage.
