The Opportunity
Were recruiting for an experienced Corporate Account Handler to support a team of Account Executives within a dynamic and supportive environment. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home while staying connected to a collaborative office environment.
Youll play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality service to corporate clients while building strong, long-term relationships.
What youll be doing
* Providing expert advice on appropriate policies and risk management solutions
* Handling new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments
* Liaising and negotiating with clients and underwriters
* Issuing accurate, compliant documentation
* Supporting the Account Executives to deliver outstanding client outcomes
* Assisting with claims handling when required
* Building trusted relationships through exceptional customer service
What were looking for
* Cert CII qualified or equivalent industry experience
* Experience handling Corporate-level commercial insurance business (highly desirable)
* Acturis experience is desirable
* Strong administrative background with excellent attention to detail
* Solid knowledge of commercial insurance products and the wider market
* A proven track record of client retention
* Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach
* Knowledge of FCA regulations, DPA and compliance standards
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
