Mission As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective supervision of the Bar team, ensuring full compliance with Meli White House Food & Beverage Standard Operating Procedures. You will lead by example, maintaining exceptional service standards while supporting, training, and developing team members to deliver memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence Manage 100% of the bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily service
Supervise, train, and support bar team members to maintain high performance standards
Control and ensure compliance with daily and monthly inventory procedures (glassware, crockery, cutlery, décor, and bar equipment)
Monitor and complete departmental reporting in line with company procedures
Oversee preventive maintenance, deep cleaning schedules, and bar equipment checks
Ensure correct setup and maintenance of dispensing systems, dosing machines, and related equipment
Maintain up-to-date menu knowledge, including beverage lists, promotions, and seasonal offerings
Ensure full compliance with operational checklists and brand standards
Enforce strict adherence to hygiene, health, and safety regulations
Support continuous improvement of departmental procedures and service quality
What were looking for Previous experience in a supervisory role within a bar or hotel environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations
Good understanding of stock control and inventory management
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality
Knowledge of health & safety and hygiene standards
