Compliance and Sub-Contract Manager We are seeking an experienced Compliance & Sub-Contract Manager to support engineering and technical operations within an NHS/PFI setting. Ideal for candidates with a strong M&E background and previous experience working within healthcare estates or complex facilities environments. Key Responsibilities * Daily management and coordination of subcontractors * Review and schedule PPM activity via CAFM systems to ensure compliance with required frequencies * Arrange site access and plan works to minimise disruption to clinical services * Review RAMS, health and safety information, and all supporting documentation prior to works * Liaise with internal NHS stakeholders and site management teams to confirm and coordinate works * Manage statutory compliance in accordance with HTMs and relevant regulatory standards * Review, collate and document subcontractor reports * Maintain accurate, organised online documentation and compliance records * Conduct subcontractor vetting, due diligence checks, and inspection documentation * Update SharePoint and other compliance systems with current records * Lead audit preparation, documentation review, and presentation of evidence for internal and external audits Candidate Profile * Technical background in M&E or engineering disciplines * Experience in NHS, PFI, healthcare estates, or similar regulated environments * Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, HTMs and FM operations * Confident managing multiple subcontractors and ensuring high compliance standards * Excellent communication, organisation and documentation skills
