Ensuring all homes and sites have connectivity and functioning IT equipment. Also, when required, support all users with any issues, either remotely or by visiting the site to resolve the problems. What will I learn?\n\nYou will have the great oppurtunity to learn from senior members of the team and help support the whole organisation's IT infrastructure. This includes;\nManage and Maintain the Network within the company to ensure maximum uptime\nRemotely support all users to resolve any issues.\nVisit remote sites to provide onsite support\nIT Helpdesk\nWork on core IT Projects\nLiaise with other departments on IT input for projects\nDesktop support\nSupport for Bespoke systems\nCover for IT Manager when out of business\nVarious Reports What qualifications or qualities are required?\n\nTo be successful, you will need to show evidence of the following:\nGood Communication skills\nWorked with windows operating system windows 11 onwards\nWorked with windows servers 2012 r2 onwards\nGeneral Computer knowledge\nProblem Solving Skills\nKnowledge on various Microsoft applications support\nWillingness to learn and adapt to bespoke systems\nTroubleshooting and Problem resolution\nComputer Networking and infrastructure.\nGood organisational skills\nPrioritising and effectively managing workload\nInstallation of equipment\nValid driving licence as travel to remote sites is part of this role\nIt would also be desirable to have knowledge of the following:\n\n3CX\nNetworking\nSupporting Various Application packages such as (Adobe, Office, 365 Etc)\nBasic understanding of cyber security\nProject Management\nApple and Android Mobile Devices\nCabling/ Cable Management\nVMWare
