1. Proven experience working as a Lead Java Developer within the public sector
2. Demonstrable team lead / leadership experience – ability to guide developers, support technical decision making, and ensure delivery standards
3. Active Security Clearance (SC)
4. Expertise in a range of technologies, including Java 8 and 17+, Spring / Spring Boot, React / HTML
5. AWS Cloud Services experience
6. Working experience with MySQL
Nice to have:
7. Technical hands-on experience with Terraform, Kibana, Apache Camel
8. Linux in a containerised environment
9. Immediate availability
