We are looking for a candidate to work as a team administrator for one of our clients South Preston. The client is looking to cover a 6 month period due to workload in the department. You will be carrying out data entry and administration tasks in the billing department. Hours of work: 40 hours per week 8 - 5 (could be flexible to change following initial training period) Responsibilities/Daily Duties: Data Inputting job completion cards into the in house system to raise appropriate invoices Reconciling and checking client data Raising any disputes with internal departments Supporting the busy invoicing department with administration tasks Skills & Experience: Excellent data entry skills Ability to pick up new systems Office administration experience essential of over 12 months Organised and attention to detail Able to work in a team This role is based on Site and is not hybrid !
