Production Line Leader Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Lead to oversee daily operations within our clients Glass Processing production unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, ensuring production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in glass processing or similar industry. As a Front Line Leader, you will support, challenge, inspire and coach your team. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure production targets are achieved. Ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with safety standards and quality requirements. Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery and equipment. Monitor performance metrics and communicate daily via Tier 1 production boards covering SQDCP. Implement KPI metrics to support the department's strengths and weakness to secure future direction. Work closely with other production areas to ensure they receive glass products in time to meet their targets. Develop engagement within your team. Provide training and guidance to new team members or those requiring additional support. Manage HR related issues alongside the HR and leadership teams.
