As a Senior Financial Crime PMO, you will oversee and drive large-scale, complex financial crime initiatives across the organisation. Your responsibilities include ensuring adherence to change governance standards, managing documentation, and providing strategic updates to senior stakeholders. You will maintain a comprehensive project plan, balancing multiple priorities while managing risk and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support change delivery managers in project execution, ensuring compliance with Barclays' Control Framework.
2. Create and implement standardised PMO processes aligned with governance standards.
3. Monitor project performance, track progress, and report status to senior management.
4. Maintain project documentation such as plans, schedules, and budgets.
5. Facilitate project governance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective risk management.
6. Provide training on change management frameworks to stakeholders.
7. Continuously improve project management practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Deep understanding of project and programme governance, including portfolio oversight, RAID management, and MI reporting.
* Proficiency with Navigator or similar governance platforms.
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and ensure adherence to frameworks.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in regulatory or financial crime programmes.
* Resource and budget management at programme level.
* Familiarity with change frameworks integrated into governance processes.
